Hello! My name is Lion, and obviously I’m looking for an OC friendly fandom roleplayer.

A couple of notes:

1) Both of my characters are multifandom, however: Joey is connected to the Doctor Who universe; time and space travel are common, and should be expected. Lilith is very closely tied to the Sherlock universe.

2) I am underage, so no smut please. I don’t mind including sex, but I will not act it out with you. Thanks.

3) I am open to roleplaying on either Kik (lionofstone) or on tumblr (lions-roleplay-blog). Either or work for me. I like to ask box or blogging roleplays and I have almost a years experience in both.

4) I rather prefer literate roleplays, but I can do asterisks (**++) ones as well.

5) I like long replies, but I would never say its mandatory. As I reply on my phone, I have a hard time gauging how long a reply is anyways, so it doesn’t much matter to me.

Lookin’ for some 1x1 RP

About me: I am a 23 year old dude. My name’s Gabriel. I am looking for a long-term roleplay partner. I’ve been roleplaying a long time, although not through tumblr. When roleplaying, I tend to get right to the point with what I’m trying to say, so people looking for someone who will write four to five paragraphs of description would probably not prefer to play with me. I do tend to reply quickly, but there are times when it’ll take me a little while. I’ll let you know if I’m gonna need some time. Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a long-term role-playing partner; I’m looking for someone who wants to strike up a partnership (and friendship) that lasts through several plots and fandoms. Now with that in mind, I probably should tell you about myself.

I’m twenty years old, and I am a full-time college student during the school year, and a half-time student in the summer semester. I work a part-time job, anywhere from 2 - 39 hours a week. These two things keep me from being a daily replier, but I am very good about replying at least every three days.

Now here’s a little bit about my own roleplaying style!

Length: I tend to be a paragraph writer, and I write longer sections to read. I focus a lot on internal dialogue and physical action, but I make sure to include active dialogue and tend to end my posts with open-ended interactions. I don’t require a specific length, so long as it conveys your intention and gives me something work with.

Grammar: I tend to be pretty heavily focused on syntax and structure, and I would like my partner to have a similar focus. That being said, I won’t ever correct your posts or even complain about them. Everyone has their own style of writing and composing sentences  and everyone makes mistakes therein. 

Romance: I love when characters have chemistry within a plot, and sometimes I like to make romance a main focus within a plot, if there is a particularly good chemistry between characters. I’m okay with writing smut, but I don’t want to write a porn-fic, so situationally, I enjoy it but prefer not to let that be the focus of the plot.

Plots: Playing fandoms and original works are both something that I do. As far as fandoms go, my favorites are:

The Avengers
Harry Potter
Eragon
Pokemon
Digimon
The Mortal Instruments
The Host
The Lunar Chronicles

These are just a few off the top of my head, that I have played before and loved. If you have another fandom, please don’t hesitate to ask!

As for original plots, here are a few genres that I enjoy:

criminal and victim
criminal and detective
odd couples

I may have forgotten a few, but this is a basic list of plot genres that I tend to like. Again, if you have one in mind that’s not on the list, just let me know and I’d be happy to give it a go!

Pairings/ Characters: I tend to play male characters mostly, but that’s not a hard line for me. I’ll play either gender, and sometimes I have been known to use a trans-gendered or a-gendered character. I don’t have a preference when it comes to romantic pairings. I tend to write more believable heterosexual romance, but I’m getting better at non-traditional romance. 

Frequency: Like I mentioned before, I am not on a schedule that would allow for daily replies (though I try my hardest to make it so), but I do manage to average about one reply every three days. I don’t expect any regular schedule from my partner, just enough contact to know if interest is lost.

You can call me Kaitlynne. I used to roleplay all the time, for what I’d like to believe was about a five- or six-year period. Eventually, life took over, but now I have much more free time. And I’ve definitely missed it!

I can say I’m probably a bit rusty, but I am a writer at heart, so I will try my best to keep you entertained. I can keep my grammar and spelling in check, but I may not be able to amaze you with an endless word count. Regardless, challenge me! I certainly will never respond to you with a one-liner, and would hope you’d give me at least a paragraph, too.

I like interesting plot lines with romantic themes, whether it is fandom or original content. Definitely throw some suggestions at me! I am also an adult and am not offended by any adult-themed writing, but of course, you are welcome to warn me about what makes you cringe. I generally play female characters.

I haven’t really caught the forum buzz or the whole idea of manifesting an entire page with celebrity pictures for my characters. If that’s your thing, i can try to accommodate that.

—— What I enjoy playing:

• I enjoy action and adventure stories of fantasy and science fiction but am open to other genres. I’ve done slice of life before, and its ok if the presented story is interesting enough. You’ll have to sell me on it ;o) I do like to discuss the world and main plot lines together before starting, so we are sure that its something we will both enjoy. Also having times of out of character chats about where the story is going to be on the same page for the main points. I welcome collaboration on the plot and how we get from point to point. Please don’t be shy and let me know things you want to play =o)

• While I enjoy a main plot of action and adventure, it is important for me to have a romantic subplot, M/F with my character as the Male. I also do not mind playing multiple characters, even females. I would also hope my partner can play more than one character, and more than one sex. A good story takes many characters with different personalities.

• For the romantic and erotic elements of the RP, I enjoy romance, love, and seduction in my RPs. The definition of smut varies from person to person. So let me say this, I do enjoy playing out details of romantic and erotic scenes, and would welcome someone who does the same. I’m not interested in violence and abuse during these moments. I’m looking to build a romance that involves chemistry and strong desires on a sexual level. I am also looking for a partner who knows how to express the sexuality of their character. I do not mind playing male on male scenes, and female on female scenes, but the main relationship of the RP, I would like to keep M/F. For this reason, please only RPers over 18 in real life.

—— Post length: This is not a huge issue, nor grammar and spelling (as long as I can understand what you are saying). I do like to avoid chat speak while talking in character, and if we RP over email or google docs, I would prefer if the length is at least 1 - 2 paragraphs. I know this can vary depending on where we are at in the RP. I do enjoy people who know how to use detail, that can build pictures in the mind of share their appearance, what are you wearing, what is the setting. I like to make each other feel like we are there. Also you will need to express emotions and reactions to events properly, and logically based on your character.

—— Finally Some Pet Peeves:

• During a romantic, or erotic scene, when I give a detailed post of my actions, I would appreciate more than a “oooo yes” in response. I would like to know what you are thinking, what you are doing, or how your body is responding. Single sided sex scenes are a killer for me.

• I’m not interested in ladies who want to play the “woe is me” characters, the ones that always want to faint, or get hurt with every step, and want every character crying over if they are going to be ok or not the entire story… I’m looking for someone who wants to play a Female lead that is out for adventure too, this type of character can take many forms, and does not have to be masculine, but constantly wanting the spotlight of everyone in the RP crying for their safety gets boring over time.

• I’m also not interested in a RP where the Female lead gets pregnant. I’ve played to many of these where my partner just wanted to have a baby and play real life. I’m looking for action and romance, and to get away from real life. If you do talk me into a slice of life story, this also applies, sorry just not fun to me =o)

• It drives me bonkers when someone does something with their character that is not logical. This is when a character acts outside of anything that is driving or motivating that character, and reveals nothing new about the character. I’m ok if characters have hidden motivations, but they should still be based on that character’s backstory or events that have happened to them in the story, and eventually be revealed somehow.

So I hope this sounds interesting to you, and that I have not scared anyone off! I love coming together to create new worlds and great stories! Looking forward to meeting some new people!

To be honest, I haven’t accessed the site using a mobile phone. I would assume it’s the same way as on a computer, but I could easily be wrong. So unless someone else knows, I’m afraid I do not.
